Often times, the application of too much nitrous at the starting line can ruin a good launch. NOS Dual Shot Cheater nitrous systems are designed with this in mind. They inject nitrous oxide into your engine in two stages. The first stage is an adjustable 100-150 hp, turned on by a throttle-activated microswitch, which allows the car to leave the line under full traction. Then, with the tires fully hooked up, the second stage is activated via a push-button switch, providing another adjustable power increase of 150-250 hp. Also available without the bottle, these systems are not recommended for intake manifolds with a separate inlet for each carburetor throttle bore, except for 3 x 2-barrel setups. Racing fuel is recommended for higher outputs.
